For the Skill Points (SP), theres nothing to it from level 1 to 119. Just add all that you can add.

At level 120, it will depend if you already have FW (Flame Wheel) and MM (Magic Mastery).

Ideally, you should get both and learn them as soon as you reach level 120. Unfortunately, these skill books are dropped by Zakum. If you have a good guild, ask them to go Zak and help you get them. If not, then go and find them in FM. Ask around if anyone has it. You may need to buy them SOK (scissors of karma) in order for them to transfer the item to you... BEWARE that there are scammers. Do not give SOK to stranger.
